Dr Parnell is kind, patient, & listens. He takes his time and never makes you feel like he is rushing to get the next patient. HIS STAFF is another story. They are rude and impatient and make you feel like you are bothering them when you are their job security! They act as if they are guards and you can not get to the doctor or talk with him. Beyond terrible
What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne.
