I'm 59 years old and I've never experienced such a terrible poor excuse of a so called doctors office in my life, and I'm being kind. The office person aught to be flipping burgers where they can't deal with the public. Really bad offensive attitudes, never a returned phone call. If you need something you literally have to go there in person. The place is filthy and in my opinion should be looked into by the board of health and the ama. If I could rate this place 0 stars i would

Never have I ever seen a doctors office so incompetant. You call to make appointments n they never answer the phone . They never return calls. If you need refills on your meds your sometimes waiting weeks. The doctor gets mad when you go to the emergency room but what else are you supposed to do when you get no response from the doctors office. Nurses downright lie n say they never got any messages. Please stay away from this doctor or you could end up very sick.

No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? No, they are almost always unavailable Does this provider treat every client equally? Sometimes, but not all the time

DOC POTTER, GREAT GUY, PARNELL, WENT TO HIM. BUT GOT DR. POTTER....... PART TIME OFFICE, ANSWERING MACHINES ALWAYS FULL, UNABLE TO GET RETURN CALLS, OR A REAL PERSON ON THE PHONE. ONCE IN A BLUE MOON. HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, BUT. BEING A PHYSICIAN... THIS SHOULD BE CORRECTED.
