Our new puppy Thor was seen by Dr. Will, tech Chris. We had a very pleasant experience. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We also got to speak with Zoe who was very helpful.
We‘ve always had a great experience with Parmer Lane Vet Hospital, especially with the technician Chris. They‘re so caring and friendly. Our dog Josie is a little shy but she goes with Chis without any issues.
We’ve been going her for 15 years. Have moved and still make the drive. Cat has been out absolute favorite. She goes above and beyond and has such a kindness with animals. Zoe is always a bright spot of your day. Always smiling and friendly. So grateful for the staff and for taking extra care of our English Bulldog, German Shepherd and Frenchie.
Excellent service, transparent with pricing, good with my scared dog and spicy cat.
The staff was attentive and we were seen on time. They listened to and respected my notes on my dog and didn’t try to force her into situations she wasn’t comfortable with.
