A big lack of care in this complex. Too many rats. It is messing up our back garden. They say they have pest control yet nothing seems to be getting done. Very big lack of security especially at night. A lot of people being in our steps in the middle of the night leaving a lot of trash. Next morning there is trash not only on our steps, but the whole street. We find needle tops, syringes, and even bodily fluids on our steps. Makes it very unsafe to walk in our own steps. It’s not worth it , you pay all this rent for a place that this company don’t care ….. There is an infestation of RATS not mouse but RATS like never before …. Trust me you don’t want to live here …. We be scared to walk in outside because slot of them comes out .. There is holes everywhere in the back patios that rats has made … This place is not worth it and they be trying to raise the rent even more for a place that sucks
