Im giving 3 stars bc in the office, and for the procedure, he was great. Nice and understanding. Since then, tho, I have been unable to get a hold of anyone. And regardless of the messages I leave, no one calls back. If I don't hear back from them by the end of this week, im switching this to a 1 star.
