V precise artistic nails. I do like her work but I would definitely appreciate some kindness and a smile. She squeezed out some blood from one of my nails while working, which happens, I understand but never once apologized. Saying sorry is just a small gesture of good customer service.
Went to parm for the first time & loved her work! Took a little longer than expected but was worth it.
I had such a wonderful first-time experience and my subsequent visits are amazing at parm_nails_lounge . The salon is impeccably clean and Parm always trying her best to accommodate me for last minute booking, I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she recreated it flawlessly while ensuring my nails remained healthy. Highly recommend!
