Rebecca has created an amazing salon! She has great stylists and a beautiful space. You can't go wrong going getting your hair done here!
stylist had a great attitude, friendly and accommodating. However, the Manager, unfriendly to the point of being snobbish and truly has know idea what customer satisfaction means.
The stylist was very nice, friendly and accommodating. However, the Manager had no concept of Customer Satisfaction and the meaning behind it. He was rude and a snob. They not only lost a customer but I will definitely not recommend anyone go to this salon mainly b/c of the Manager.
