I have been going to the Parlour both in Harrison and Indiana. Have never had a bad experience. They even fixed my hair from a cut from another haircut place. Everyone in the shop agreed it was terrible. Holly and Monica are wonderful. And have found a few gifts there at the store too. Thanks again. Keep doing a wonderful job
The Aurora store. Truly a relaxing atmosphere. The owners did a wonderful job bringing this building back to its historical glory. If you ever stop in, I encourage you to ask for a tour to see the great rooms/services they offer. Whether you're a Man or Woman, you MUST make an appointment to do a spa service upstairs. First time visitor. Erika gave me a fantastic facial! She was very nice and made me comfortable. Deana's massage was amazing. Perfect amount of pressure and the hip work she did was great. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and beverages especially since I was there at lunch time. I will definitely return.

Walked in to the salon with my hair damaged from a bad hair coloring. Erika did all she could, took the time and talked to me about my options and my hair turned out amazing !! She also suggested some great hair products to help my hair become healthy again ! I can’t thank her enough !
