Owner is always very nice and so is Brandon. Chill place to go and you will get a great cut. Not sure why some of the haters out there. Hands down the best place to get a cut in Loudoun.
After leaving Brandon a 5-star review in Nov 2023, I felt I needed to update my review. While I still believe Brandon gives a great haircut, I'm going down to 3 stars because at nearly ever appointment, he either changed the time we booked online or showed up late. In some cases, very late. To his credit, he typically communicates that he's running late, but this last time was the final straw. This review is for the owner, any owner that treats his critics the way he does, screams how little he cares about his customers. Learn to take criticism effectively and build a better business from it not whine in reviews and accuse people of being bots.
I just want to say this review is from a person who can not speak on the quality of service since I never got a haircut. This is a review for the booking system. I highly recommend changing your website format so when you click Ashburn or Maryland it does not send you to a page with both Ashburn and Maryland barbers with a small bit of text under a photo that separates the two locations.
