After leaving Brandon a 5-star review in Nov 2023, I felt I needed to update my review. While I still believe Brandon gives a great haircut, I'm going down to 3 stars because at nearly ever appointment, he either changed the time we booked online or showed up late. In some cases, very late. To his credit, he typically communicates that he's running late, but this last time was the final straw. This review is for the owner, any owner that treats his critics the way he does, screams how little he cares about his customers. Learn to take criticism effectively and build a better business from it not whine in reviews and accuse people of being bots.

I just want to say this review is from a person who can not speak on the quality of service since I never got a haircut. This is a review for the booking system. I highly recommend changing your website format so when you click Ashburn or Maryland it does not send you to a page with both Ashburn and Maryland barbers with a small bit of text under a photo that separates the two locations. Love this place! I relatively new to the area and the past spots I got a cut at did subpar on my fade. Here however it was perfect and the guys were super friendly. I also was a walk in and despite being busy they fit me in. The day I went, some of their staff apparently did a back to school cut special somewhere which I find awesome. Definitely come here for a great cut and good people.
