The donuts and staff are great, just dont gonin looking for classic options. Very well made and very modern recipes in an antique vibe.
The donuts are genuinely great — no complaints on the product. The service is another story. I’ve been here twice now and both times the older gentleman with the black beard didn’t greet us when we walked in. The first time I figured everyone has rough days. The second time I waited over 10 minutes, and when the order was ready he handed me the box, walked off before I could ask about a receipt, and didn’t bother to fold the box shut — so I was carrying it out half open. I got these donuts for the first time on my birthday, I have a dairy allergy so I drove 45 minutes for the vegan donuts expecting something out of the ordinary. When we got there the inside is pretty nice it’s cool inside, the woman taking my order was polite. The problem started when we sat down, the tables were dirty and sticky. We sat down and waited ten minutes to then be handed my one vegan donut in its own container which props to them.
