Purchased doughnuts from parlor doughnuts on the to good to go app. Drove 20 minutes to the store 1 way only to have my order canceled while I'm walking from the door to the counter! You store don't wanna waste products but you have NO ISSUE WASTING MY TIME AND GAS!!!!! THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!! They Sell u something only to have it canceled while in the store so they can sell you today's doughnuts at regular price! Never ever again. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!
We went because they offered gluten free donuts, which 2 of 5 in our party need. Its a cute place and offered lots of fun flavor combos. The regular donuts were expensive, but good. The gluten free donuts were even more expensive and were not good. Gluten free donuts are always more dense and smaller than regular donuts, but these were exceptionally dense. My husband said "you make better gluten free donuts at home" (which is saying a lot since I'm admitedly not a good baker). They were cold like they had been in the freezer... read more
The staff seems pretty oblivious. I went just walked out without getting anything. I got there and waited and waited while the staff talked behind the counter, I was the only one in line. Another woman walked in and stood next to me, the staff then asked her what she would like & she said she needed a minute to decide. The staff picked their conversation back up and continued to ignore me.
