***they called after I made this review. I tried to give them mercy and try again. However, they backhandedly brought up this review. I told them that, in my experience, the stylist were always late and rushing, never giving me the whole of the services I requested. My time I paid for was always cut short for some “excuse “ or another. When I had informed them of my issues, they gaslit by saying it was my fault for agreeing to a budget they themselves set. Sam nailed exactly what I wanted
We had such a phenomenal experience here for my 7 year old daughter’s first full salon hair cut. She was nervous and Vanessa made her feel heard and she loved everything about the experience! I also loved my hair cut that I got and Vanessa listened to what I wanted and delivered. I also got an eyebrow waxing on the fly and they were so accommodating for us!
