Vanessa is amazing!!! She got my daughter in right before Thanksgiving and she totally fixed the choppy cut she got the day before. She is so nice, personable and really great at what she does!! We will be back!!
Miracles happen! I walked in to my appt w Haley not totally sure what I wanted. At one point I said brunette; at another point I said I wanted, "Dolly Parton blonde". By asking questions, listening, applying extreme patience and clarifying- she was able to help me figure out what I wanted despite me not knowing. The hairdressers that are there are very personable. Specialize in taking time to know your personal needs of your hair. There are three of my favorite goals working ! Appointments are recommended. But I believe walk ins can be scheduled at the time of walk in. The girls do amazing things such as wefts, extensions, different colors , red , green , blue , or just a regular color you like. Was able to be seen without an appointment- I'd been putting off getting a much needed haircut as I usually feel overcharged and disappointed Sam actually listened to my concerns and what I was going for, and it came out even better than I'd hoped! First time in YEARS I left the salon genuinely happy with the results! Also the prices are more than fair, wish I could give more than 5 stars. Would definitely recommend!
***they called after I made this review. I tried to give them mercy and try again. However, they backhandedly brought up this review. I told them that, in my experience, the stylist were always late and rushing, never giving me the whole of the services I requested. My time I paid for was always cut short for some “excuse “ or another. When I had informed them of my issues, they gaslit by saying it was my fault for agreeing to a budget they themselves set.
