Staff is friendly and wait time isn’t bad. They lose a star because they open at 10 on Saturday not 9:30.

the doctor has no bedside manner or the ability to self-reflect. when I described my symptoms, the doctor said “you need to go to the hospital,” instead of asking me if I have gone to the ER for this symptom previously. before the examination, the doctor said “you need a family doctor,” instead of asking if I’m on healthcare connect. Grateful for the care of Dr Mehail Ashraf. Such a kind man. I don’t go to doctors unless I absolutely have to. I feel safe with him.
So disappointed in my visit today. I’m not leaving this review for the receptionists or the other male doctors as they are wonderful but I’m writing this review about dr yetunde eribake. she was very dismissive and did not seem to actually care or try to understand my issue. She prescribed me with the wrong medication and the whole time I was in the room with her she was just typing on her computer and when she gave me the paper for the medication she didn’t even explain what it is or how to use it! and FYI it wasn’t even bu... read more
