I don’t know if the guy there was the owner or an employee. Whatever he was he was anything but respectful. The doors were shut and we looked at him and asked if we could come in and look at rings and he waved us off like we were dogs! Didn’t even have the decency to stand up and walk over to us and say come back another time. He doesn’t want business he just wants to look at videos on his iPad.

Never ever go to this store. What happened to me is that they (I mean Raymond at this store and he is the owner I believe) tried to sell more gold to me by making the ring very heavy and ugly. My stone is a big citrine and looks very beautiful. After their making, the stone seems very small and the ring of the gold seems more important and bigger than the stone itself and it looks very bad!
