Office/maintenance staff are amazing- the folks actually took the time to learn our names and say hello. Maintenance is great and the building is well maintained. About as pleasant an experience as renting an apartment can be! Kudos again to the staff, its a very clean place.
Writing this review on behalf of my mom, who lived in Parla 2 years (moved out recently to a different neighborhood for commuting convenience). The building and amenities are pretty good and new. Pea patch for the residents on the rooftop is pretty cool, as well as common area and decently equipped gym. I have lived at Parla for several years. Working with Mitchell (and Brian, who is no longer at Parla) was incredible. Together, they had Parla at an incredibly sparkling 4.5+ star-rated apartment. They were both professional and kind, and once Brian moved on, Mitchell did an amazing job handling the many immense changes that were brought upon by ConAm. Great management and nice building, some crime in the area though
I'm the first resident to have signed a lease here in 2017. I'm the longest tenured resident at Parla. I wouldn't suggest/recommend any Con Am management property anywhere in Seattle. California based management. Chain of command is all fubar. The consistency here of anything positive is lacking. If you're looking to work from home, it's an ok place. But, I'm a disabled veteran on early retirement, non conducive at all. Social events are lacking. Nothing around here at all to do within distance for one in my situation. Balla... read more
