I’ve been here for two weeks now, and this is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. It’s safe, beautiful, and very well maintained. The support I received both before and after my move has been phenomenal. Mitchell was amazing throughout the application process—he handled several issues professionally, kept me informed every step of the way, and even followed up on his day off. I am coming up on my eighth year living at Parla! The amenities are fantastic, and the location is perfect. Lots of walkable grocery stores and restaurants. And my dog and I can walk to the beach! Staff is super friendly and helpful!
Absolutely love living at Parla! The property is always so clean, and the maintenance manager is always happy to help with any repairs and concerns that need attention! Every time I see him, he opens the door for me, and says “good afternoon mam”, which just makes Parla a place that is courteous and kind. He’s always smiling while he works, even though he’s always physically working so hard, which truly makes me feel cared for!
