Musty. Every building on the property from North to South to West parkwood all smell the same. I lived here for several years and delivered food to customers in the complex. I moved out because of the mold in my closet. My neighbors were moving every year. Finally saw why one day walking to my car, the backs of the kitchen cabinets were covered in mold and maintenance was ripping apart the inside of the unit. Went to visit a family member it's a cute little village
I recently moved my mom into Parkwood Village and she is incredibly happy with her new apartment. The office manager Sara was helpful and friendly from the first time we walked in for information. She worked with us to find the perfect apartment for my mom. The grounds are well kept, snow removal was timely, and the neighborhood is adorable. Rent is great for the location, residents are quiet and respectful. The primary downside here is that the tap water tastes funny, you will either need to invest in a purifier or purchase drinking water if you intend on living here.
