Rent is great for the location, residents are quiet and respectful. The primary downside here is that the tap water tastes funny, you will either need to invest in a purifier or purchase drinking water if you intend on living here.
Please see the response I received stating it would be taken care of when the weather warmed up. I am still waiting for ANY improvement to be made. The siding is so dirty. White siding is brown. There are 0nly 5 buildings with siding, all are filthy. I have asked multiple times for the siding to be painted, been promised it would, and as of today, it looks completely awful.
