I lived at Parkwood Village for the last 6 years. I loved my apartment! The maintenance was excellent and the office staff were great! I would recommend it for anyone! I only moved because I bought a home of my own!
Parkwood Village is the perfect place to rent and settle down in in Brunswick! I made frequent trips to Brunswick to see a friend and ultimately settled on finding a good apartment in town to call home! After some stressful planning, researching, open apartments falling through, I found Parkwood Village and enjoyed my experience! The area is quiet and peaceful! If I could give zero stars I would. Property authorized two teenagers to detail their cars on an end street. So much for your “peaceful and park like setting”. I now have an auto body shop right next to me. That’s what you get when you pay $1500 a month
I enjoyed it I love it, very nice quiet Leasing office manager Kathy was very nice, maintenance request all done on time whenever needed it. Thank you for the opportunity, I’m for sure will refer people to parkwood village.
