This apartment tries to squeeze every possible fee out of tenants. I ended up with my $400 deposit completely falling into their pocket because of hidden surcharges and extra charges they pile on. It feels more like a trap than a fair rental. Not recommended if you want transparency or to actually get your deposit back.
I have lived here for a little over a year! I have no complaints!! This place is super affordable! Service requests always get done timely, the pool area is small and quaint - perfect for lounging with friends! One thing I really appreciate is that appliances get upgrades if needed! Devin, the property manager, is fantastic! I am new to park wood estates. The move in process was easy and simple. I highly recommend talking to Devin Windham in the leasing office if you want to get into an apartment!
