My experience with Parkwood Skilled Nursing was extremely disappointing and upsetting. My mom was a resident here, and the way she was treated made me very concerned about the level of care being provided.During my mom’s stay, we encountered serious cleanliness and sanitation concerns, including seeing roaches in the facility. When putting a Love one in an assisted living facility we have questions about how well the care is performed. I can say that Parkwood nursing rehabilitation facility is a Good place for a loved one. The administration, Nurses , Cna’s are Caring, and Very professional ! At this point I’d Recommend them to anyone who needs a good place for a family member, or friend. If I could give this facility zero stars I absolutely would. I’m completely disgusted by the lack of care, concern empathy, and professionalism displayed at this facility. From the administrator to the nurses, and even the staff that provide food to the patients, they are all incredibly disrespectful, inconsiderate, rude, and behave as if they are being inconvenienced when you are ask them to do their jobs.
