Dairy Queen in friendly place. The patients looked like they're all well cared far. The meals look good. It's a pleasant place to visit. Glad my relativism and nice place like that.

Horrible. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. My mother in law was sent to the rehab facility after she broke her femur. They kept her in a diaper in the dark for hours after they confirmed they knew the call button was not working. Nobody checked on her for hours. It should not matter that the button was broken, staff has an obligation to check on those in their care and that did not happen. Absolutely unacceptable and inhumane conditions. I came from having been on a ventilator for a week and then having a pacemaker put in. I could barely stand let along walk. They brought me to my room and put me on the bed, immediately took off my pants and put on a diaper! I asked to go to the bathroom and the worker said 'Hell no, I'm on break" I've wen workin all day". That was my welcome and initiation to Parkwood. This place killed my dad he was there for rehab 2 days and he died. Make it make sense.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ELDER HERE. My grandmother is a very competent lady and has voiced concern with the staff and "new roommate". They don't not feed her, I was told by my still competent grandmother that they harmed her. That is a crime a someone should be held accountable. So, to avoid do not conduct business with this facility. Sad that a life is going to be wasted soon for this kind of publicity to come out.
