Amazing service, they took care of everything, the started at the schedule time, they took care of the permit and the building department craziness, very professional and I had to deal before with contractors when we remodel our house always a problem and few solutions, but it was a pleasure working with this company, they know what they are doing. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work provided by Parkwood Pools/Pavers. Not only do they have a very kind and friendly customer service team their end product is abolutely beautiful! They finished our new pool and paver patio just in time for us to have our 4th of July cookout. We had the most amazing time and were so proud to show off our new pool and patio. I would recommend Parkwood to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable and will give you a free quote!
What a GREAT experience and pleasure it was to do business with a company that does what it says it will do. I will definitly refer Parkwood to all my friends and family.
The finish was a poor quality and they offered no repairs. They did not stand behind their warranty. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend any of their services and it was an all-around bad experience.
I hired Parkwood Pools to do a new pool for me in January 2013. It was finished April 2013 and is amazing. The showed up every time they said they would and they were very professional. I had one minor construction issue and they fixed it the very next day. I had interviewed 6 pool companies to do the job and 2 of them bad mouthed Parkwood, but I spent enough time dealing with Bill, Dave and Todd personally that I can say with certainty that all of those things were blatant lies.
