They did and excellent job and I could not be happier. Scope of work: Replace old patio with pavers ( I had the patio removed by another company). Raise the beam of the pool 3 inches. Install new coping, tiles, skimmer, pool return eye balls, pool finish, ladder moved to new location, run conduit for pool light and install new pad for pool pump and filter with plumbing. From the beginning of our interaction with Parkwood Pools up until the pavers went in, we were impressed with their professionalism and how they moved the project along in a timely basis. They even worked hard and were able to blow in the Gunite before the arrival of impeding hurricane warnings this past Fall. Parkwood just finished installing my new pool in Delray Beach. They did a tremendous job. We're in time, budget and schedule! I'm in the construction industry as my profession and understand the complications that can happen, however, Parkwood is the utmost professional for design, turn key product install and the entire process from start to finish. If you live in South Florida this company is the only one to use!!!

We went shopping around looking for a good pool builder contractor and we found Parkwood Pools. We call the office and contact Bruyn Clark. He help us to design a beautiful pool. He is awesome. I walked into this with a pool design in mind. This is my first experience having anything built and had no idea how the building process worked. I called their office for a quote and was given an appointment for one of their reps to come to my home and give me a free estimate. I was very impressed. In the past 6 months, I have had tons of work done on my house, so I know the good from the bad. I had a great experience with Parkwood Pools putting in a brand new pool and jacuzzi. It was a tough decision to find a pool company I liked after a lot of horror stories I heard and read about. I shopped around for various quotes when considering installing a pool in our backyard. I had heard so many horror stories from friends/family who had gone through the process so I was extremely cautious. Parkwood Pools delivered a magnificent salt water pool and spa ahead of schedule and beyond my best expectations. Their team worked meticulously on every detail beginning with the overall design and the choice of tiles and ending with the travertine pavers surrounding the pool and rear yard. After meeting with a half dozen contractors, I went with Parkwood. Very professional and buttoned up with all new technology and stellar customer service. The folks at Parkwood don't stop until the pool reaches the customers expectations and are very welcoming to working with your needs from overall pool design to being sensitive to your budget.
