Building sucks you have to run down on leasing agent and maintenance to tell them the issues and things still doesn’t get fixed when they say it will
Having been a resident for almost 10 years, I have witnessed multiple management changes and seen various companies come and go. However, the level of service has steadily declined. For months, I have been waiting for a new oven, yet we are now in December, and the issue remains unresolved. The maintenance team is often unavailable, and the office is Always closed.
