Nice family atmosphere in a beautiful setting. We took full advantage of the indoor amenities and plan to come back when it's a bit nicer out to enjoy the outdoor amenities. Staff was very polite and rooms were clean. Older facility but found it charming.

Good hotel , fair rates , older hotel updated rooms and pool area
Checked in. Previously told staff it was our anniversary so they surprised us with a nice gift basket of all local goods. That was too kind. Staff is nice. Nice pool & hot tub. But did not get service the second day we were there at all! & had 2 queen beds in our room one had a nasty stain on the sheet. Grossed me out
I loved the Parkwood Hotel. Beautiful rustic setting,Great rooms,comfortable beds Polite staff ,great location close to Fish Creek. Planning on visiting The Parkwood Hotel next year. This time next year we would like to have a Deluxe Lodge room on a lower floor
