My husband and I lived in this apartment complex for 9 years. This is the place that I would call "home". Cozy, bright, warm apartment. Respectful and polite neighbors. Common areas are clean and well-kept. Outstanding location. This is all thanks to the landlord and especially the resident manager. The resident manager really cares about the comfort and safety of tenants. He is excellent! I would recommend Parkwood Arms Apts to everyone.
