Constantly changing the times for when you can do laundry. They just upped the prices on the dryers and when I called and asked the manager about the price increase when the dryers do not dry on the first go she tried to tell me they were new machines. When you do laundry all the time you know when new machines have been put in. Plus trash is always piling up outside and looks horrible. I've been here 4 years now. The parking is horrible. I've had my vehicles broken into 5 times within 2 years. No screens on the apartment windows, and you have thin walls so it's easy to hear your neighbor. Have asked for new carpets and management refuses to accommodate me. Most neighbors don't pick up their dog poop in public grass area around apartments. Landlord refuses to renew lease so they can up the rent whenever they want. They raised mine twice in one year.

These Apartment sucks, were promised new carpets, tiles and counter tops upon move in which never happened. The office manager who is a sweet lady kept flip flopping between two different apartment rooms. The date we were supposed to move kept getting changed around. The laundry here sucks and never fully dries and washes clothing. ALSO you can only do small loads and the laundry room is only available during m-f. The front office is shady. When i tried to apply the lady kept changing her story on why i wouldnt qualify. She was very unprofessional and i found out 3 days after applying that she never even ran my app. After making me jump thru hoops ahhh. Dont apply here unless you have the time to be jerked around.
