No major issues until January 2017, when a new landlord took over. Don't expect any maintenance or phone calls returned. Zero communication between tenants and management despite numerous attempts to reach them by phone or email. No official business hours are even listed. Workout facilities have quickly fallen to shambles with outdated/broken equipment. I would strongly recommend renting elsewhere until they get their stuff together. I’ve dealt with a lot of landlords and property managers, I consider Parkwild to be among the best of the best!
Lived in Berglund Flats on 5th Avenue. Well maintained, everything working. The only time I ever needed maintenance for a minor issue they arrived the same day and fixed it. Would absolutely recommend!
