They never answer the phone or call you back when you are having a problem. They can't get you in till 3 weeks down the road when you are having a problem. I will not being going back. If they are closed for a week there's no one there to help you, if you need to speak to someone. I just feel they do not care about their patients.
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mrs. Acker and Dr. Michaels. Lobby and office is always clean and welcoming. Location is right off the highway and is close to a few fast food places to grab a quick bite. I travel from Tuscaloosa just to come see them.
