Called to ask about composite on my 2 front teeth. The receptionist had no idea what I was saying to her. Then she hung up on me. How rude! Very unprofessional!

I've been there twice, both times I got right in, no waiting. Everyone was nice and explained everything to me before they did it. The worst part was my jaws got sore, they gave me breaks and the doc even massaged them for me!
I love Parkwest dental. I have been going for many years. I have full confidence in the work they do. The staff is wonderful. They make you feel like family and take extra steps to make your anxiety go away. Both Dr Jacobson and Dr Drake are the best. Always answer your questions with what options are available. They do a great job. Kind, courteous, and professional. I messed up and was late to my last appointment. They called and rescheduled me for later in the day. They have a very good office staff and system.
I have an extreme fear & high anxiety about going to the dentist office, with incouragment, my family talked me into finally getting my teeth fixed. I actually found Dr. Jacobson on fb & made the appointment. I am so glad & thankful for taking the leap..Dr. Jacobson & all the Staff are very patient,kind & sincerely caring.
