RecommendedEveryone knows that a dental practice is only as good as their supporting staff. I LOVE the assistants and hygienists at Park West Dental. Angie is a very good expanded function assistant, and I found out I can request her at each visit. Similarly, Janet is a thorough and careful hygienist who really cares about her patients. My family has been going to Park West for over 6 years and we couldn’t be happier. Both Dr Jacobson and Dr Drake are equally amazing and always go above and beyond, in the the care they give their patients. I highly recommend Park West to anyone looking for a good dentist

My husband and I moved to Idaho Falls a few months ago, and we needed to find us a new dentist in the area. Due to internet reviews, we chose Park West. We could not have made a better choice! They have a very presentable/clean environment, friendly staff, and we feel very comfortable continuing our dental upkeep with Dr. Drake. So pleased with our visit! Thank you to the staff members who assisted us today. :)
The laser is a great way to go. Had six cavities taken care of without hardly any pain. Only way to go from now on for me. The Dr. also took extra time to improve my bite and I think it is the best it has been.

I've been going to Park West Dental for years now. I have always found them to be kind and professional. The times I have needed a filling or other work done, they are careful to be sure I am pain free. I hate the numbing so, I opt for the shot to reduce the time I am numb afterwards. That helps immensely. I would rather have a baby than go to the dentist but, if I have to go, these are the guys to go to.
I went in for a check up and cleaning. Everything went ok but didn't get my teeth cleaned. They had other plans with surgery. The assistant said I didn't have to pay anything that day but they charged me 60. So was not happy at all. UPDATE Everything was taken care of. I went in got a tooth pulled and he helped me with other resources for dental care. I would come back.
