A bit hard to get in for delivery and the mail room is tiny. However this is close to main street. Street Parking can be a bit tricky and challenging at times. I like how close and nice it is with beautiful shaded sidewalks and nearby parks. Good energy story!
Parkway West has been a great place to live! Apartment interiors are modern and comfortable. The best part of Parkway though is the location. The building is located just blocks from the Mississippi River, in a quiet neighborhood with many trails for walking / biking, near public transportation and just minutes from restaurants and shopping in St. Paul's Highland Park neighborhood. Every interaction from initial appointment has been professional, courteous, and helpful. Maggie, Jack, Lily, Riley, and Loren each did their part to make me feel welcome and well informed.
Parkway West was suppose to be a short term stay, that was over 5 years ago. Management answers questions promptly, maintenance crew is very professional and prompt, cleaning crew keeps all areas looking great. We love what the location gives us, nature trails, shopping, metro connections and close to the airport. Parkway West is a quiet building with a feel of community.
