Maintenance department is the worst we have ever experienced in our 28 years of owning cars. We had purchased a Volvo for our daughter here. When she took it in for an oil change they: 1. took more than half the day to complete 2. overcharged her from the quote we received online 3. added additives which were up charges to the oil change without asking. 4. locked the keys in the car. 5 scratched her door, door jam, and door panel trying to get it open (we have an extra key but they did not ask). 5 covered the scratch with a ... read more
