I've been here coming up on a year and this apartment complex provides affordable yet luxury experience.... anytime I've ever had an issue they fixed it in a timely manner ..... its always quiet and safe .... most of all they don't have dumpsters with over flowing trash through out the complex which keeps the rodents and others to a minimum... They evn powerwash the walkways from time to time ....... I highly recommend

I never leave reviews, but this experience was absolutely worth writing one for. I went through the leasing process with Erika, and she was amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, patient, and genuinely made me feel like she cared about making sure I found the right place. I came to Parkway Vista Apartments expecting to tour the property and potentially consider it as my next place to live, but unfortunately, I left before the tour even began because of the way we were treated. When my sister and I first walked into the leasing office, we were not greeted or acknowledged by the leasing agents.
