The rating was a 1 star, but I would give a 0 if I was able. My reason......... Our beloved dog was at the end of his life, and I took him to Parkway where he had been seen several times. They refused to see him saying the doctor was on lunch and they had NO available appointments until Tuesday and referred me to their emergency clinic even though I was sitting in their parking lot with my very ill dog.
