Nurse practitioner was awesome however waited for over 30 minutes to get checked in the front desk/tech could not even tell that I had a fever until I told her I did then states oh yeah it's 101.2 I had to request additional testing. Tech seems to have a attitude which I didn't care we are here to care for people not bring our issues to work. No wonder this place is completely empty.
Fraudulent Billing Practices. Paid a bill and they continue to bill me. They hang up when you call the line. Do not use, unless you want them to over and over again try to collect on what they have already collected on.

The nurse practitioner here is an excellent doctor, however, if you have Aetna insurance, this facility is within network. The testing facility that they typically send your samples to is NOT within network. After going here for a sore throat twice, months ago, I received a bill in the mail for nearly $700. I was not warned ahead of time, and this walk-in clinic insists on sending samples there. I do not recommend going here if they continue to serve patients who are in their network, but send labs to a place out of network.... read more
I am a full time local realtor here in Huntsville and last week I came down with the flu. I walked into another walk in clinic and there were eight patients in front of me. I knew I did not have the energy for that wait. My husband started calling around and Parkway Urgent Care said come on in. We walked in and I was the only patient there.
