I had a pretty rough situation — I bent the axle on my trailer and didn’t know where to go. Someone gave me the number for this shop, and I’m honestly glad they did. I came in, found the exact parts I needed, and the prices were really good. But what stood out the most was the people here. I completely lost a tire off my horse trailer in Lebec, CA, about 7 in the evening, Two phone calls to two, knowing people put me in touch with the shop. After offering to bring parts to Lebec, I told him the trailer was still towable and I would just bring it to him. Waking up this morning resigned to spending at least 2 days getting this issue resolved, I was really happy to see my tire going back on before 11AM. Thank you for everything you did to get me on the road as fast as you did.
I originally called Parkway based on their user reviews . I was stressing out trying to figure out how to mount a 9500Lb winch to my utility trailer. Dropped my trailer off to have a new axle put on,very pleased with the work. They also fixed my lights,replaced a broken one and all the wiring with no charge!! Couldn't believe it,never been treated that well here in Bakersfield,apparently we do have good business people here!! 5 ⭐️
You know how we all have a "spot" where we take our cars to get serviced, or where we buy the best food, this is the spot for trailer parts and services. I brought my slant load horse trailer for full break service and bearings, super happy with the results. Communication was excellent, gave me a piece of mind, recieved updates throughout and price is totally fair. I commuted 4 hours drive round trip and it was completely worth the drive. Brought them a second trailer and still bring many more.
