I originally called Parkway based on their user reviews . I was stressing out trying to figure out how to mount a 9500Lb winch to my utility trailer. After buying several different mounting options, I realized it was a bit over my head so I spoke to EZ and brought him the parts I bought. He went over and above what I was expecting. You know how we all have a "spot" where we take our cars to get serviced, or where we buy the best food, this is the spot for trailer parts and services. I brought my slant load horse trailer for full break service and bearings, super happy with the results. Communication was excellent, gave me a piece of mind, recieved updates throughout and price is totally fair. I commuted 4 hours drive round trip and it was completely worth the drive. Brought them a second trailer and still bring many more.
Took in a military trailer that Big Tex was not able to do. And Parkway did amazing job with changing the axel, lowered the tires, and additional accessories to the trailer. Good turn around time. Highly recommended.
EZ and Luz are great to work with and very knowledgable about a wide variety of trailer parts. I was looking to refurbish a 1997 trailer hubs and also replace the rims/tires. Got everything. I needed from them and it was all quality parts. I will continue to use them as my primary trailer parts source.
Had a great experience here. Replaced my trailer tires and greased bearings in my 5th wheel. Price was fair and work was completed on time. I left it there overnight and seemed to be safe and secure.
