Fantastic business! If I could give Parkway Trailer 10 stars I would! Took my 3 horse trailer for a concerning sound coming from wheel area. EZ identified the problem and fixed the issue quickly and at a very fair price. I was so impressed, I returned with my other horse trailer for roof vent replacement and clearance light not working. I also stated that rear passenger tire is wearing out on the outside due to a blowout some time ago. EZ identified a bent axle and replaced it. I completely lost a tire off my horse trailer in Lebec, CA, about 7 in the evening, Two phone calls to two, knowing people put me in touch with the shop. After offering to bring parts to Lebec, I told him the trailer was still towable and I would just bring it to him. Waking up this morning resigned to spending at least 2 days getting this issue resolved, I was really happy to see my tire going back on before 11AM. Thank you for everything you did to get me on the road as fast as you did.
I originally called Parkway based on their user reviews . I was stressing out trying to figure out how to mount a 9500Lb winch to my utility trailer. After buying several different mounting options, I realized it was a bit over my head so I spoke to EZ and brought him the parts I bought. He went over and above what I was expecting. Dropped my trailer off to have a new axle put on,very pleased with the work. They also fixed my lights,replaced a broken one and all the wiring with no charge!! Couldn't believe it,never been treated that well here in Bakersfield,apparently we do have good business people here!! 5 ⭐️
Extremely pleased with the maintenance we got done for our trailer. They went above and beyond in explaining all that was done, and knows what he is looking at. The customer service was top notch, kind friendly and informative, as well as quick! Any and all trailer needs we will be back and highly recommend to all.
