As I was traveling from Los Angeles to San Francisco I experienced a problem with an auto transport trailer. I was coming up the Grapevine and saw a wheel pass me by and I had hoped it wasn’t mine. Sure enough once I pulled off the road I discovered my trailer had lost a wheel. I desperately searched for a place close by who could help with the repair and get me back on the road again. These folks were really great. It was down to the wire for us. Had to get one of our children off to college with her horse and the horse trailer's brakes were ancient and completely non-functional. Parkway Trailer got her outfitted with a whole new system and they did it fast. They documented everything with photos so we were all on-board with the repair and replacement decisions, and the price was completely reasonable. So pleased we came to Parkway first.
I had a pretty rough situation — I bent the axle on my trailer and didn’t know where to go. Someone gave me the number for this shop, and I’m honestly glad they did. I came in, found the exact parts I needed, and the prices were really good. But what stood out the most was the people here. Fantastic business! If I could give Parkway Trailer 10 stars I would! Took my 3 horse trailer for a concerning sound coming from wheel area. EZ identified the problem and fixed the issue quickly and at a very fair price. I was so impressed, I returned with my other horse trailer for roof vent replacement and clearance light not working. I also stated that rear passenger tire is wearing out on the outside due to a blowout some time ago. EZ identified a bent axle and replaced it. I completely lost a tire off my horse trailer in Lebec, CA, about 7 in the evening, Two phone calls to two, knowing people put me in touch with the shop. After offering to bring parts to Lebec, I told him the trailer was still towable and I would just bring it to him. Waking up this morning resigned to spending at least 2 days getting this issue resolved, I was really happy to see my tire going back on before 11AM. Thank you for everything you did to get me on the road as fast as you did.
