Paul Dupree is amazing, i have been bringing my car for service for over 8 years even if I don’t purchase it through there dealership because of him, he is has great customer service skills, respectfull, always take care of the customer in very nice manners.I am Always very happy when leaving.
I wish I could bring Parkway Toyota Service to south Jersey. I never had any issues at the location in Englewood Cliffs. Here, at Gateway Toyota in Ocean County it required TWO visits for them to locate a problem with a tire. They had me sitting in the waiting room with little boys running around and standing on chairs, no coffee, and no updates. At Parkway Toyota the staff was friendly, they always found the problem first visit, and I was given updates during my wait..
