PARKWAY NEEDS TO LISTEN TO THE THEIR PATIENTS!!! THEY NEED TO PROCESS PAPERWORK AND REQUEST QUICKLY - THEY NEED TO NOT DWELL IN THE PAST - THEY NEED TO CORRECT AND PROCESS CURRENT ITEMS QUICKLY!!! EVEN A "RUSH" ON AN ISSUE TAKES WAY MORE THAN A DAY!!! DR. TOM IS GREAT. ONE RECEPTIONIST IS GREAT. LINDA IS TERRIBLE! ONE CHECKOUT PERSON IS GREAT. Linda is an idiot! She lacks customer service skills, respect for patients and should NOT have the title of ‘Supervisor’! Just in a phone conversation to schedule appointment she was rude, demeaning and felt the need to correct every thing that was mentioned! First impressions are important and she gave a bad one!
Dr. OMalley is great did my back surgery. Would go back to him again if I needed him.He is a great surgeon!!!!!
They could consider Juliet Gyeb-Foster a danger to chronic pain patients. She should be reviewed and censured for her discriminating behavior, her confrontational tactics and her overall lack of empathy. It is truly a shame to have some very wonderful employees/practitioners overshadowed by one supposed professional.
No compassion for their patient's whatsoever! if you're more then 5 minutes late for your appointment then they make you reschedule. My wife has scoliosis and osteo arthritis and is in constant pain. You would think a place like this would be more compassionate for people w chronic pain.
Did nothing to help me while I was in terrible leg pain. No xray, MRI or anything to see what was wrong with me. Had emergency surgery on my back after MRI with another practice.
They listen and ACTUALLY help! Stephanie Shank is the best medical professional I have ever dealt with! :)
