Billing department is horrible. No one answers the phone, nor do they respond to the contact form. I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue for 2 months now. Very frustrating!
I can’t speak to the quality of the physicians or the attending nurses. However I can say that the front desk personnel are rude, non attentive and lazy. I came to visit my significant other after her hip surgery and to take her home. I was called by a nurse and told I could come by in an hour. I arrived and waited for over 45 minutes.
