Dr Keller and his NP’s are fantastic but his office staff leaves a void in compassion. They are abrupt at times and difficult to work with. Recently we had a problem with rescheduling appointments that resulted in termination as their patient. How can they say they had to turn away patients because of that. It was rescheduled days in advance so should not be an issue. It saddens me that I won’t be able to see Dr Keller. We have been his patient for 15 years.
At first I wasn’t sure about sharing my experience but I believe Dr. Keller needs to know the level of customer service and empathy lacking from his staff. I’m sure your office is busy with the transfers from Dr. Boyd, you also have to think about how hard it is for us to have to switch doctors. No need to be rude and condescending. First impression

Very sad operation. It’s managed by a office manager (Linda) that doesn’t have a clue. Save yourself time and money by finding a professional office that cares about there patients.
RecommendedDr. Shane Keller is the BEST doctor. He listens to me, looks into my eyes when I talk to him; he cares about how I’m feeling, explains things to me, and he treats me with respect. I would highly recommend Dr. Keller.
staff horrible. they refused to send my medical records to me because I decided to get a second opinion from different primary care doctor. my insurance wouldn't approve medication because it can't be filled early and Lynn and Dr. Keller lied said they had to terminate me being a patient because I requested medication and seek treatment from another primary care. get all the facts and refusing to provide medical records is against the law. seeking legal because they even terminated portal access. and denied the record from t... read more
RecommendedDr. Keller is amazing! He treats you like a human being! He shows such respect and understanding. Never been happier with a physician. I cannot say enough great things about him! Also cannot say enough kind words about Nurse Carmin (sp). Great office staff as well!
