The property management doesn’t tell you that the water and garbage isn’t free until you arrive to the office, they require you to make 3x the amount of the rent and the patio area isn’t secured at all. I got a very bad impression of the rental office assistant; very bad English & I was turned down without her running my credit. I believe this was discrimination at it’s best.
Bad customer service. They denied my application without any reason. I have good credit score and good rental history. They don't explain me the reason for denied my application.
