I came home today after putting in a maintenance request only half of it was completed and the half they did do wasn't done correctly I asked them to replace a microwave handle they replaced the entire microwave with an old outdated one that is extremely dirty and has food splatters all in it WTF I want my stuff fixed properly tomorrow by the time I get home or you will be taking it out of your fucking rent
Office and maintenance staff are personable and professional. I loved the apartments that were toured!
Gross. Gross. Gross. Made the mistake of signing a lease, and then resigning 2 more times thinking it would turn around. It only got worse. Management is atrocious.
They keep gates open. The fridge got out all time and they wont fix it. There cops always in the community. The steam room does not work.They told me I couldn't see my apt. Because they updated it. And told me I wont be near yhe highway and I be on the court yard. After we got married we moved in are apt next to highway and the whole year can hear the highway. Also we want down to pay they always had new employees.
