This office has gone down hill in a major way. The office staff is rude, the wait time is insane, the last visit I had the office was dirty (there was a specimen cup on the chair which the nurse removed with bare hands and threw in the trash). I filed a complaint after mentioning it to the doctor who seemed disinterested. The office manager actually called me today and complained that I filed a complaint! This is horrible service.
They keep showing their office is open on Sundays and they never are, this is the THIRD Sunday I’ve stopped by to try and get seen because it works best for my schedule, on the door & online it says they’re open 1-5pm est, I’ve been at 1:45pm, 3:30pm, & 2:30pm and they’re always closed. I’m tired of wasting gas and time with the falsified hours they keep posted, just take it off!! (AND NO, I’m not coming in a sundays that like a holiday or special day that they’d be closed even if it is Sunday)
It was okay it was a doctor's office
It was always difficult for me to find good help in life. But Dr. Maxey helped me become healthier and I would recommend him to others. The place is always nice and clean and the staff are very friendly.
Had a little Issue scheduling with the right doctor but it's all worked out...
