Parkway mechanical was great installed our furnace. Premistar took it over and there nothing but a bunch of money hungry people. Had them come out and do a cleaning for my furnace the first time in about 4 years. They charge me $135 to replace the $15 filter and said everything was clean and ready to go for the winter. A month later I had a breakdown. I called them back to come out 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon with no heat in my house. Had an 11 year old water heater repaired. They charged me $1,335 for a gas valve. Never told me how much it would be till it was over. This company is a rip off.
