We went to see the model apartments a couple of weeks ago. I was impressed with the layout and the design; the closet could use more shelves for storage, and I agree the washer/dryer in the apartment is rather small. A stacked set of a separate washer and dryer might have been a better choice. The amenities in the building are impressive, and I am glad the apartments are pet friendly. One warning, though, the leasing agent said they didn't want pit bulls or Rottweilers, "but exceptions can be made," and the lease limits the ... read more
Way...too smalll...in unit washer/dryer...I don't think you could wash a set of sheets ...you'd be forced to use the larger laundry room - there is one on every floor (save your quarters)... Amenities are many - including additional storage on every floor - ahem...it's NOT included...neither is parking...not even ONE space...Premium parking - $175/mo
