It has been a privilege living here. I don't want to leave. Sadly I only have one more month here but it has been a blessing. The amenities have been my favorite. Having other options of places to go to besides my apartment has been great because the apartment is small with 4 adults here but we have other options and spaces to be in if I want to be alone. Cleaning the space is easy because of the size!
We have been delighted with their experience at Parkway lofts. The staff is very attentive to any requests we have had and we have been delighted with the number of special and extra services and events they have provided for the residents.
With the train literally down the street, moving here was a no brainer for us. I'm not sure about the street outside but so far no complaints. I live in a small studio but it's plenty of space for me and my dog.
In my year of living at the Parkway Lofts I have found that the management maintenance and concierge team always go above and beyond to make sure that all tenants in the building are taken care of and well respected. The building is clean and offers a lot of high-end amenities which are not available in other buildings at the same price point. The convenience and service and cleanliness make the Parkway Lofts a great home.
