Phone rang over 100 times twice before I hung up. Would like to know if my doctor had called in my lab test before I drive 20 miles and walk in and find out they haven’t done it yet. Not a good look.
This is the worst customer service lab I have ever been to...the test I needed required to be an hour early I was 12 minutes late which u derstand is my fault. However, I waited 1/2an hour on them last visit. In addition the front desk could see I was struggling for air (on O2) ..they refused service and said need to reschedule for a second time....in addition their text message for appointment said only needed to be there 15 minues ahead. Last time I will use parkway imaging!!!
Ultrasound, MRI and blood draw, by Carli and Amanda, one right after each other. All techs were unbelievably caring and efficient . Didn't even feel the blood draw. Reception Jadda really did an excellent job scheduling the appointments and was warm and friendly as usual.
