Where do I start I am so grateful for the management at Magnolia Point Kim is just a breath of fresh air Her and Amanda have been so sweet and welcoming the maintenance guy William saved my life one time from a black wasp lol I am beyond grateful they are right there when you need them I am so happy with my new place
I don’t live there but have known of different instances where police have been called there. Some instances involving firearms!
This place is a scam it charges you a $75 app fee on top of a $50 admin fee for a total of $125, this is supposed to pay for a background check that goes back 5 years which only costs $40, then after being straight forward on having a misdemeanor back in 2011 and being told you should be fine , I get declined and they keep money like have a nice day thanks for your $125 , (every other apartment only charges app fee) but they do not refund the admin fee they lie and mislead you to pay them $125 and rack up! The new office staff are very attentive and considerate. A huge improvement! The maintenance staff are hardworking and make sure the service requests are completed and satisfactory.
