They don’t answer the phone
Dr. singsung is a fantastic doctor, but good luck getting hold of anyone at the front office… absolutely horrendous.
My insurance just gave me their information saying I’m a new patient. I have called several times as well as inquired online to get an appointment and no one has been kind enough to return a call. Very disappointed!
