The staff are wonderful, kind, and accommodating. Dr. Patel always remembers me, and picks up where we left off the year before. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. Plus, the glasses selection is great!! Lots of fashion-forward options that keep me excited for getting new glasses each year!
Dr Patel and his staff have been consistently excellent since I began seeing him a few years ago. The staff gives great customer service, Dr Patel is a great at listening to my concerns and explaining things to me in layman's terms.
