My dentist appointment at Parkway Dental was great ! It was my first visit and everyone was so professional , nice and caring. My hygienist was Tianna and she was great ! Did an excellent job on cleaning my teeth and told me things that will help me stay on track. It's a great place to go if you're looking for a dentist office , you want be disappointed. They obviously truly care and make efforts to make their customers feel welcomed & comfortable
Place seemed very old, dirty, and damaged. Had equipment issues when I was there and I was getting bounced around to 3 different rooms. Chairs were very worn down and they lost me as a patient when they were saying how AI detects cavities early and I need 20-30 filled supposedly
I never imagined that I would be typing out the words I love my dentist, but I really do love Parkway dental! Dr. Naghdi is so intelligent, kind, funny and patient. Melissa Is a wonderful hygienist and she knows that I get very anxious and nervous and so she always is telling me what’s going on during the appointment or procedure and just really seems to care about me As a patient. The doctor and staff at this place are empathetic and carry no judgement. I be been with them for less than a year and I am so glad that I found them! Shout out to Jana Banana for being a thorough dental hygienist! Stop in or give them a call, this place is exactly what you hope a visit to the dentist should be.
