I have gotten my teeth cleaned here for years because their nitrous oxide is cheaper than anyone else. (I have anxiety at the dentist so I use nitrous oxide even for cleanings). Yes it’s true that the turnover of dentists at this place is high, but their latest dentist is Niloofar Naghdi DDS (a woman). Love the Dr. Naghdi. HER BEST TRAIT IS CONTROLLING MY PAIN. I won't be going back to this dental office. The vibe is super weird and it was very uncomfortable. There was a lot of confusion with the lady at the front desk. They even called me a hour before my appointment to try to come in early and I dropped what I was doing and went in to be helpful. I called to cancel the second appointment and then the lady at the front desk again sent me a bill for $50 for canceling 24 hours in advanced. I paid the bill and asked her to put me on the do not call list.

I switched to Parkway Dental last year and I am so glad that I did. The waiting room is well-decorated and calming, they are very accommodating, and they always make sure I am comfortable. I’ve had a couple procedures where I needed numbing shots in my gums, and without hesitation they always give me numbing gel in the area before giving me the shot, which helps a ton.
